Use the tools on Koachez to visually provide feedback to learners - to stop an action and draw on the frame. Help learners see what theyre doing wrong, and show them how to do it correctly. It is a common belief that "the harder you work the better youll get." We dont believe in that notion. Sure hard work is important - but rather we believe in individual coaching, so learners can practice a task the right way, and not spend years doing it the wrong way. This is where you, as a Koach, come in. Your job is to show the learners how to do it right, to point out mistakes, to help them see how to correctly execute a task (whether its throwing a basketball, doing a skateboard jump, etc...) The more learners find you and the better the quality of your koaching, the more money you can make. Its that simple. You dont have to have a fancy diploma. You just need to know what youre talking about.
